These terms and conditions apply to entrants of the Sunny Hill Win A $500 Prize Draw competition (the prize draw).
The Prize
The first entry elected from the valid entries received during the previous draw period will win a prize of $500 NZD for the draw.
A wining prize will remain claimable until next prize draw taking place and will be deemed as an unclaimed prize if the winner is not contactable.
The Code and Limits on Entry
Each prize draw code is unique to its product packaging and entitled for one prize draw entry.
Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
You can entre multiple times with different prize draw codes.
Each prize draw code is valid till the Best Before Date of the product as shown on its package carrying the code.
The Prize Draw
The date of each prize draw is set by Sunny Hill and published on the prize draw entry page of sunnyhill.co.nz website before the prize draw taking place.
Sunny Hill may draw reserve entries and record them in order in case of an invalid entry/entrant or a prize unclaimed.
Winner Notification and Validation
The provisional winner will be contacted by Sunny Hill team via email and/or phone. A provisional winner will be confirmed as a winner once their identity is verified by Sunny Hill.
Winner and Personal Information
Personal information entered this prize draw competition must be true and accurate. The winner will be subject to validation of personal ID.
The winners of the prize draw agree to have their names be published by Sunny Hill.
The personal information entered here is confidential and will be kept in strict confidence that it will not be passed to or used by any third party, except for the use of future communications with the entrants and promotions by Sunny Hill.
