Sunny Hill Food Show Prize Draw

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to entrants of the Sunny Hill Food Show Prize Draw competition (the prize draw).

The Prize

The value of each prize draw is set by Sunny Hill and as announced at the each food show or as published at www.sunnyhill.co.nz.

The first entry elected from the valid entries received during each food show period will win the prize.

A wining prize will remain claimable until next food show prize draw taking place and will be deemed as an unclaimed prize if the winner is not contactable.

The Code and Limits on Entry

Each prize draw code is unique and entitled for one prize draw entry.

Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

You can entre multiple times with different prize draw codes.

Prize draw codes issued at the food show will remain valid till the completion of each prize draw.

The Prize Draw

Prize draw date is set by Sunny Hill soon after each food show, and the result will be published on sunnyhill.co.nz website.

Sunny Hill may draw reserve entries and record them in order in case of an invalid entry/entrant or a prize unclaimed.

Winner Notification

The provisional winner will be contacted by Sunny Hill team via email and/or phone. A provisional winner will be confirmed as a winner once their identity is verified by Sunny Hill.

Winner Information

Personal information entered this prize draw competition must be true and accurate. The winner will be subject to validation of personal ID.

The winners of the prize draw agree to have their names be published by Sunny Hill.

The personal information entered here is confidential and will be kept in strict confidence that it will not be passed to or used by any third party, except for the use of future communications with the entrants and promotions by Sunny Hill.
