|Preheat Oven||Conventional Oven Bake: 230 ℃|
Fan Forced Oven Bake: 210 ℃
|Single Layer||Arrange frozen Kumara Fries in a SINGLE LAYER on an oven tray and place in centre of oven.|
|Cook||Cook for 13 – 15 minutes or until golden and crisp. Turning halfway through cooking. Serve immediately|
Preheat oil to 180 ℃ and deep fry frozen Kumara Fries for approx. 2 minutes or until golden and crisp. Drain on paper towel and serve immediately.
Oven and fryer temperatures may vary, so please adjust cooking time to achieve the best desired CRISPNESS.
Keep Frozen at -18 ℃ or below
