Sunny Hill Kumara Chip is a Kiwi innovation.
We developed the low temperature cooking technology which preserves more of the nutrition value of fresh kumara-sweet potato and leaves much less oil residual in the final products.
Most common snack chips are fried in high temperature oil which destroys most natural nutrients of the fresh material and leaves a very high level of fat contents, which are often labelled as unhealthy foods.
Sunny Hill Kumara Chips retains more natural goodness, minimum 25% less fat compared to common potato chips. They are light and crispy, full-flavoured premium chips, 100 percent natural, providing consumers with a healthier and tasty alternative to traditional snack chips.
